Chef Andy Andersen

Chef Andersen has had a passion for cooking ever since he was a little boy helping his mother prepare meals for the Family. Growing up in a small town in North Dakota there was not many option to grab a bite to eat. This drove him to learn how to cook even more. He was first hired at Red Lobster as a line cook. This only added to his passion for food. He enrolled in Culinary School at Le Cordon Blue in Mendota Heights MN. Upon Graduation he took a position with Walt Disney World in Orlando FL. This opportunity gave him expose to a lot of different types of cuisine and kitchens. After working in restaurants Chef Andersen took his knowledge and passion for food and utilized it to help start a Culinary School. He is currently the Program Manager of Culinary Arts at Helms College in Macon GA.
