I have been cooking competitively for over 10 years. I have accumulated first place finishes in ribs, chicken, pulled pork, Bloody Mary, chicken wings and other top place finishes in various categories.

I am currently competing under the Sensational Pigs Team, and looking to hit the next BBQ season with vengeance in a new cook trailer that is currently under production.

As much as sweet tea is part of a southerner’s life, so is live fire cooking for me. From offset smokers, to block pits, to open fire cooking, I am right at home crafting up delectable meats and sides on any cooking method available.
